Just received my new Acebeam E10 2.0 and when removing the battery to charge, I noticed this gasket sticking up inside the tube. Is it supposed to be glued or is this totally normal? Just want to make sure it’s not a future fire hazard or something.

Definitely not supposed to be loose. If it’s supposed to be glued or just held in by friction I have no idea, but it’s likely there to protect the components on the PCB in case of spring over-compression.
You can likely just poke it into place, preferably with something plastic/wooden.
It needs to go over the spring, and cover the board.
