NLD: KR1AA NTG 4200k

Received my second KR1AA this afternoon. Still love this light. My first was a Raw Aluminum v1 with an FFL 5000k from Jackson, I chose specifically for its neutrality since he gave the bbl numbers which was honestly so cool. This black NTG 4200 I expected to be rosy, and it is, but pleasantly so. I wouldn’t say it’s quite to FFL “rosy” bin levels to my eyes.

My only issue, pretty small but mildly annoying, is that the captured clip on this newer black v2 spins freely around the light. The silver v1 spins if you push it, but still has some resistance. I’m going to email Hank so that he knows but I’ll look to try to secure it a little better myself unless he has an easy fix.

Ordered a “Polished Silver” yesterday with an SFT70 3000k, so we will see how that compares when it arrives.
