I’ve made several purchases with them recently and was happy with their products but the last knife I received had issues so I reached out to them a couple weeks ago but have been ignored. I did some looking into them and found I’m not the only person that was hung out to dry after reporting a problem.
Before being ignored I had also received a request to leave a review with the promise of a 20% off coupon which I did but when I went to use it the code later I found it didn’t work. I got in touch and asked why they basically said too bad, pound sand.
Has anyone else had similar dealings with them or am I an outlier.

I literally have never heard anything good about this company. The entirety of my knowledge of their existence is due to posts talking about how terrible they are.
