Atayal blade. Used by Taiwan's Atayal Indigenous folk. Has the inscription "台湾高山" which translates to "Taiwan High Mountain". I believe my great uncle owned this, he was a 7th degree black belt and taught White Dragon Martial Arts. It's 13.5 inches in length from handle to blade.
