My wurkkos ts10 when I tighten the thread, its keep flashing like this and then off, the flashlight didn't response when I press the switch. Does anyone here know how to fix it?
Have you cleaned all the contact points? Try also cleaning all the grease off the threads and adding some new grease. It looks like the factory reset flash, but it’s hard to tell on video.

Looks like the switch is continuously pressed, or at least the switch signal is constantly active, making the light go to the factory reset mode (the blinking routine you’re seeing is the reset strobe), so check if the switch contact (metal thingy behind the switch boot, under the switch button) is wet, twisted or compressed, making constant contact (if you can disassemble the tail cap of course). Check for continuity between the outer tube and the inner tube, the outer tube carries the switch signal and the inner tube carries the battery’s negative potential. It should only have continuity when the button is pressed. You can try the tubes of your other TS10 to see if the titanium head works with the aluminium tubes.

can you try a different battery?
