    Just start carrying a knife roll like chefs do and then when there’s a cutting task carefully unroll it and thoughtfully consider the best selection.

    I’m on board with this! Why not. I carry three every day and usually have an Oknife U1 pro on me as well. On the weekends when I can carry me CCW, I’ll trim it down to 2.
