Thank you r/flashlight for expanding my horizons.
I was always a headlight lover, Black Diamond, Petzl even budget ones like Energizer, because for hiking, camping and even everyday use I couldn't imagine why someone wouldn't want their hands free.
And then I was convinced by this sub to join the Wurkkos cult, and I'm so glad I did. The HD01 PRO was on sale on their website and I ordered it.
This might be one of the best, multi purpose, fun, useful pieces of technology I've ever held, especially for that price!
The clarity of the light, poweful laser, the fun colour modes, and the UV (never shine it on your bathroom surfaces if you have not super cleaned recently) are amazing.
So I'll stick with my headlights for camping, but also always carry my new Wurkkos around cause it's just too damn multidimensional.
