I’ll probably end up getting them both but which should I get first… WE Knife OAO (integral timascus handle, very cool) or the WE Knife Quixotic. I’ve been wanting to get a knife with timascus in my collection but I also would like to have Damasteel. What are your thoughts?

Between those two, the OAO, for sure. It’s an integral, a more interesting design, the Timascus looks great, it’s a better value, and a Tashi Bharucha collab. The Quixotic is a bland design to me, like most in-house WE designs.
If you want Damasteel, I would avoid WE. Way overpriced. But if you insist, go with High-Fin XL or Attor. Beautiful designs and great collabs. I would go with a Null Knives, Reate, or Bestech knife in Damasteel.
WE Knife typically makes 100 of each Damasteel model. Once gone they are not run again.
Depending on the model they can sell fast or slow.
The OAO is not a limited run model but has been run at least twice now so may be nearing the end of its life.
If you’re buying from a dealer you should check how many of each they have left in stock.
