This is my 2nd fc11c(in under two years) where the button failed before anything else. I use it for work(industrial maintenance) it’s perfect in every other way but that cheap switch. What are some other more durable lights that are similar beam and body profile to the fc11c

This is why I usually recommend metal buttons for those who are harsh on their lights, drop or scratch them often, throw them around in toolboxes and pouches with other tools often, or handle harsh chemicals and reagents in their line of work that could impact rubber/plastic more…
{ADD} forgot about the rec… Take a look at the [Titanium Steel switch based Acebeam E70 Mini with the high CRI Nichia 519A emitters](https://www.acebeam.com/e70-mini-ti-high-cri-edc-flashlight). You would basically need to go out of your way to purposefully destroy the light.
Is it taking damage, like hits/ being leaned on, because it’s somewhat prominent? Or do you need a different switch type due to materials present?
Zebralight has a great side switch that’s protected but accessible

Something from Foursevens maybe?
