Hello, I ordered from Convoy on the 01.01. It says it got delivered to the local carrier 5 days ago. But the destination is in austria so why would it be Rozenberg, NL?
This is my first time ordering a flashlight so I dont know if this is usual, any information?
Thanks

Most Convoy stuff is imported through Rozenberg into europe.

  2. Its common with stuff from china. The plane lands in a random EU country, then they will deliver you the stuff from there on land. Its usually pretty quick in my experience.

I’m in the States. When I see that notation here it does not mean ‘local’ like you or I think it does. It means it was handed over to the company (or USPS) that will be the ‘last mile delivery service’ – meaning the company which will ultimately deliver my package.

I do not know if that is how it works for you but maybe ??

I use this tracking site to track all my shipments. It seems to be about the best. Maybe see what it shows for your item.
