It feels kind of greasy and there's green tinge around the edges and rivets.
I'm not sure if it's anything special aside from being probably as old as I am and my dad's daily carry knife. There's no branding on it but feels like a well built tool.

Gentle tooth brush
I’d probably not try to soak it in water. The wood will swell. Use it sparingly
