First benchmade I have ever bought brand new. The new box is cool, the knife is bigger than I thought but not by much and I'm ok with that. I hate the pocket clip on it and the scales are alittle on the aggressive side. So I ordered awt scales. I'm excited to put them on when they get here

I hate when tools come in big fancy packaging. Just a waste of cost that shows they’re prioritizing one time “experience” over the product at a competitive cost. Tend to think the same thing about knife steel though, s30v, D2, 154cm, etc were all fine for 90% of knives.

I got mine from midway yesterday. Sick sale, glad I got it. It feels alot more stout than I thought it would
AWT scales will make the knife I’m sure. I don’t necessarily love the look of this knife but think it looks great with AWT scales and would probably buy one just to put those scales on it if Benchmades weren’t so overpriced
