Being the kind of lunatic who likes to buy tritium and glue it to flashlight clips I did a bunch of research about what the best adhesive to use was.

E6000+ is awesome. It's odourless, transparent, cures hard as rock but doesn't set on contact like superglue so it's easy to reposition things. I've got two clips with vials on them that have been banged around all over the place and never budged. In the past when I've done this I always left the thing to set for 24h as directed but this last time I got a bit impatient and figured ahh it's been sat overnight it'll be fine. Nope! This morning the vial fell off while I was handling it and luckily I caught it.

However it turns out despite being really very good at bonding things this glue is also very forgiving. It had been 8 hours since I attached it and it was still really easy to clean the residue off with an alcohol wipe and start again.
