Been looking for a chaves kickstop for a little while. Luckily there are good knife groups on Reddit that have really guided me. Most guys have told me to avoid eBay but this looks like a great knife.
Warning signs: clip isn’t flat and the skull appears to be raised up.

Please let me know if anyone that is more knowledgeable than me can find any other problems and I’ll avoid this purchase. I keep reading that chaves has anniversary sales next month so maybe I just wait until then.
