Looking for a knife

Please excuse my terrible drawing skills, but I picked up a fun little pocket knife a while ago and I lost it. Now I can't figure what kind of knife it was to buy a new one. The middle folded up and then the outer sleeve of the middle part spun down to reveal the knife and complete the handle. It was like 2 inches long folded and I didn't get a chance to look at the maker, but if was engraved with International Fowarding Company. Any help would be appreciated.
