Is this a good fine? Someone left this at a rental property it did not seem very well loved at all or treated as a decently expensive knife. I tried to clean and oil it decent but its gotta be many years old and im not sure if I have gotten close to restoring it to factory level smoothness in operation.

I honestly love my mini grip. I put AWT scales on it and it made it feel a lot more comfortable
