i have the v2 and like it but the v3 slims down to the 21700, adds pocket clip, magnet, and lockout. id prefer the clip so i dont need to wear a belt and i use magnetic lights all the time at work
with 4 leds its giving up the v2's throw for flood? (also doesnt mention what the leds are)
its also listing the v3 as 54g heavier than the v2 which as a flashlight noob, going to a smaller battery and slimmer profile, you would think its the opposite
