Depends on what your day consists but I recommend maybe some hand sanitizer or something since you have a tool that you put in your mouth daily.
“Good” is subjective. The goal should be to find the things that work for you individually. That said, what you have is pretty solid! I like the diy bic upgrade, and you might want to check out the many different metal bic shells out there.
Only good if you’re willing to carry it around everyday. If so, and you find it useful, beneficial then yes 😉
