Convoy L7 3 blinks on seconds after turbo

Is this normal? 3 blinks on seconds after turbo then it goes to low mode.
It's been months since I have this L7 and I forgot if it was happening on the first few days that I had it.

Its on turbo (camera adjusted it).
Batteries are in 4.12V
Its not hot to touch
