My dad has inherited my uncle’s *extensive* knife collection and I’m selling them off slowly to try to help dad pay for his “final expenses”. (Not on this sub, obviously.) I’m just hoping if anyone can help me out with figuring out what these are? The “spyderco” looks like a fake or maybe modded but I can’t find anything online about it. The Benchmade is clearly an Osborne but it says “942” and “first production run”. Is that anything special? The Tactical Gearz is difficult to ID for some reason, and I can’t find anything about that weird Al Mar Wor Tac. Maybe I just don’t know where to look. Any help is appreciated. I have lots more knives and lots more questions, but I’ll just start with these. Thanks in advance to anyone who will take the time.

That second one is a first production Benchmade 940

Spyderco looks factory to me. Sold off a collection of skeleton spydercos 15 years ago and kick myself over it every time i see one.

The first production stuff typically brings less for me, people, me included dont want a bunch of writing on the blade, display or not.

  3. The Al Mar Wor-Tac is a production Auto version of a Pat Crawford custom called the Carnivore, designed by Kelly Worden. It was also made in a manual production version by a defunct company called R.E.K.A.T (Round Eye Knife & Tool)
