Black Diamond is decent. So long as you don’t need it running for 3-4 hours or more of runtime on medium settings, you should be fine. Personally I would pick these only if weight is an issue, as most of these lights are meant to be lightweight.
I suppose the bigger question would be what are you intending to use the headlamp for? That would really answer whether this is adequate or not.
