I know it's an old light, but I just purchased one for the sake of using up old CR123 primary cells that are too low for motion or smoke detectors that I have a bunch of. I can get momentary on or just high, but a quick twist off and on doesn't produce low mode like it is supposed to. What am I doing wrong? I can whizz through complicated Anduril lights but this early 2000s dumb light has me stumped.
