Is this the best flashlight for a bike light? It’s a Convoy S21A with a SFT70 3000K LED. This föashlight with this LED comes with dual springs, a 6V 5A driver and runs on 21700 batteries. I bought it with a 15×55 TIR lens for a wide narrow beam and just found a 3D model for free as glare protection. I have a Fenix ALB-10 bike mount for flashlight which has quick release and is waaay sturdier than Olight flash light bike mount. I use a Reliance RS50 battery, which is rated for -40 degrees C, so no problem in the Swedish winters!

Neat! Try aluminium tape in the reflector you just made! See if it gives a bit more light to the ground (not that you need it), but it will reflect infrared and keep the 3D print cool.
Looks pretty good in combination with your DIY cutoff, though I think the wider beam of a striped TIR is a better fit for the application.
I run an S21E with B35AM 4500K and 20×60 TIR and there’s not much glare even without a cutoff.
