Microtech Ultratech – rock solid. The standard bearer. This is a G10 top Blade Show special from a few years ago. Pretty much my perfect EDC OTF spec.
Daggerr Koschei – stumbled upon this on Bladeforums. World’s thinnest OTF. I always appreciate thin blades and I kinda dig the Daggerr thing, so it was an easy cop. Great knife.
Benchmade Shootout – this one surprised me. I’m way higher on it than any review I’ve watched. I think it’s the ultimate performant OTF. Cru-Wear 63-65rc with super thin blade stock, and a pretty broad blade for an OTF. Elite geometry. Don’t sleep on this one. They’re not fancy, but if you’re a user and tool steel appreciator, it’s for you.
Guardian Tactical Recon 035 – size of an OG Scarab, aka perfect. UTX-92 maybe? Everything you’ve heard about the smoothness of the mechanism is true.
