I couldn’t decide which emitter I wanted for the Convoy H4 so I ordered three different versions to compare. Tried to take some beam shots since I couldn’t find too many good comparisons on these beforehand.
I tried my best to control all the variables, but the images don’t quite capture the real-world differences as well as I’d hoped. I think this was partly because the Convoy H4 with B35AM has a narrower beam than 519a, which makes it look way brighter in the images with the long exposure time. Additionally, I didn’t have a rig to hold the flashlights at the exact same angle etc. so that might also contribute.
Note: “100%” in these shots refers to the top of the ramp (ceiling), not turbo.
