They went with a grease on the pivot, which I’ll be cleaning off to apply a thinner lubricant. The pivot and hidden liner hole are D-shaped, which is a nice touch. The button itself is attached with a T6 screw on the back of the liner, which makes it easy to swap. I do plan on buying a second one and swapping the blade, button, and studs to make a fully blacked out version.

Even though this version is bigger than the standard Marten, it’s still feels like a small knife to me.
