Kephart Knife ID?

Hello, my friend's come into possession of this knife but online research seems to make it look like it might be a Coclesser bros Kephart? Any info as to whether it's a replica, or other details about it? The internet makes it seem like it could possibly be rare or of interest, but we don't know too much about knives. I'm guessing it's a replica since the original seems to be a little slimmer, but any info would be much appreciated!
