Where can I get a Gerber molle FDE sheath and bit kit for my Center Drive?

Short story, lost my FDE sheath with the bit kit at the range. Gerber does not sell any of them, website does not sell bit kit and only sells other sheath that I’m not interested to buy. Here is a pic so maybe this sub can help me to get one, checked EBay and there is none.
