A while back I found a Spyderco with this blade style that looks kinda like a birds talon and it wasn't this little bitty one I want like a full hand sized handle with this blade style anyone know what it would be called or what to lookup?

This is a recurve Hawkbill, but Hawkbill are more common. Maybe the spyderco dodo is the one you seek.
