I know this community hates Olight but I love them and they are what has started me into the world of flashlight collecting. Just snagged the new baton 4 (far right) and its such a cute little light with some decent power. Way smaller than I was expecting, its pretty impressive how small it is compared to its brightness (1300 lumen on turbo).
I seem to have run the gambit though on Olight devices that interest me. So the question is, where to next?
I want a stupid bright flood light, the Olight Maurader 2 (far left) kinda fills that spot but I know theres got to be brighter and better throw.

Skies the limit…Where does it end?
The sub usually frowns on sealed and proprietary batteries, specifically if those batteries are easily replaceable and plentiful in supply, such as 18650/21700 sized cells. But this applies to all brands, not just Olight, even though they and Nitecore are two of the more prominent offenders in this particular issue.
Otherwise, Olight as a whole are great lights. The Warrior 3S is one of, if not THE hallmark light that Olight makes that you can point to as the penultimate definition of what a good Olight flashlight is.
As for what’s next, take a look at Acebeam, Nitecore, Weltool, Fenix and Nextorch if you’re looking for similar build, performance, emitter choices and driver efficacy, ergonomics and overall cost to value judgment.
You can also go in a different route, which is the enthusiast centric route, which includes Emisar/Noctigon, Wurkkos/Sofirn, Convoy, Fireflylite and Skilhunt, among others that allow you the most flexibility in configuring your light to your wants/needs.
The stupid bright floodlight you are looking for will come from the Acebeam X75, Acebeam X50 2.0, or Imalent’s lineup that includes their MS12 Mini, MR90, SR16, SR32, MS18, MS32… And if you’re looking at somewhat of a “budget” option, then you’re looking at Haikelite’s offerings, such as their HK08, Lumintop’s offerings such as their Mach 3.0, or Astrolux’s offerings if you’re willing to stomach the inefficient drivers used,…
If you’re looking at a good balance between stupid bright and slutty throw, then consider the [Acebeam X25](https://www.acebeam.com/x25), the Fenix LR80R, the Wuben A1 and the Imalent SR32….

I got into flashlights through OLIGHT as well, and I’m now a Black Diamond member on their official store. From that perspective, I’d say that if you’re chasing brightness, the Marauder Mini 2 is already more than enough for practical use. Going further down the “more lumens” path doesn’t really lead anywhere useful.
If you want to dig deeper into the hobby, the next step I’d recommend is focusing on high-CRI lights. OLIGHT’s build quality is among the best in the industry, but their emitter choices aren’t great. Brands like FireflyLite and Emisar/Noctigon offer lights with significantly better emitters and overall beam quality. If you’re a cool-tint guy like me, you might appreciate the FireflyLite E04 Surge with the FFL505A 6500K.
Also, Luminus recently released the SFT-25R-WG 5700K CRI90+ emitter. I’ve seen [measurements](https://www.reddit.com/r/flashlight/comments/1phi8kb/high_cri_5700k_sft25r/) from someone who installed it in a light, and the performance looks very promising. If this emitter becomes widely adopted by manufacturers (including OLIGHT), it would be a welcome development for those of us who prefer cool tints.
The i3E EOS is a nice single AAA torch, not bad to have. Although I don’t really like its focused beam. But the I3T Mini has a much broader beam, and I also like how it gently comes on within like a second.
