I personally find myself carrying my Kershaw mini Iridium more than any of my other knife bc I frankly don't really care about banging it up, I have a couple of custom Benchmades, a Kansept Fenrir and Model 6, and a Launch 14.
The Iridium is just a workehorse. I also think thr Buck HiLine is better than it should be for $40

Bang for your buck? Gerber or buck. I beat the FUCK out of my knives at work and those are cheap enough to justify the hell I put them through yet fairish quality to hold up. I also have lost a handful of knives on sites, so I try to keep my field knife under $40-50 so I’m not torn up if she’s lost.
