It’s a POS that is used to ship batteries
They cannot ship cells loosely. They need to be installed in something. Its a crappy flashlight.
It’s a battery shipping device. Any and all light emitted by it is merely coincidental, and you should not expect this to reoccur reliably.
It’ll make light if you put a single 18650 in them. If you bought 2 x 18350s and Simon shipped them together in the same light, it’ll be an instantaneous smoke machine if you try to turn it on
