Does anybody know any knives that kind of have that shiv aesthetic? Something that has that really rough and simple design but not the quality that’s associated with “knives” like these. I know it’s a weird request but any help would be appreciated.

Aren’t they all shivs just DIY knives? I’m sure you could find some tutorials online.
The 2nd picture looks like a Winkler. I bought one of his screwdriver shivs a while back. Very basic but very well built.
You could look into railroads spike knives if you don’t mind the rather mystery meat composition of the steel.
You could check out wachtman tool and knife, I have their kliff model and many folks have asked me why I have a shiv when they see it.
This is what I think of when I see a “premium” knife with a paracord handle, such as a MKC speedgoat
