It’s a folding bowie which are always cool. But it’s a really cheap one, likely Pakistan, India, etc. still neat but watch your fingers as even well made versions of the design are a bit dangerous to the user as the blade folds towards your fingers.

These have been posted before. Someone provided links that showed it was a hunting knife design. Folded, it’s a regular sized fixed blade. The extended configuration is meant for killing wounded game via a stab through the heart (hence the cross-guard), that’s why the blade is so long. I believe the design originated in eastern Europe if I recall correctly.
