This is a Zodiac Engineering Datum, one of just a few dozen or so floating around out there, and – I believe – the only one with an ultem show scale. It has a beautiful, gentle shake-shut action, a snappy detent with a flattened ball (feels similar to a Protean to deploy), and fantastic ergonomics. The blade is surprisingly thick, both in stock and grind. The clip is its worst feature by far – stylish, but quite short and high tension, and bitey. It's usable one-handed with jeans, but only barely. Everything else about it is pretty excellent and I'm enjoying it so far! Check out the unique clamshell construction (no standoffs or backspacer) and the way the blade fully tucks into the contoured cutaway in the frame, kind of like a Sharknivco Ryu.

Really cool! Only handled one, once!
CCKS pick up? I followed development closely but it seems Ken lost interest in making knives before I could get one.
Cool looking knife! Pretty much a Sci-fi militaw
