There was a custom maker who made knives like that. I think it was Ron Ramsey? Out of Missouri if I remember right. With two pins towards the butt and brass guards. I remember those having natural scales like horn, bone, etc not laminated wood like you have there. Checked out the ABS site and they don’t list anyone unfortunately. He was on bladeforums a decade ago if it’s who I think it is.
