Never heard of of, but ATS-34 used to be The Knife steel so I betcha it cost a pretty penny back in the day.
Edit: FYI Arizona Custom knives has several pages dedicated to the brand.
I think it’s a savant model, some sort of rolling lock according to AZCK, looks like the thumb stud is missing.
They were around in the 90s, seemed like good stuff.
