I wanted a thrower, but I try to only buy warm white flashlights with high CRI. When I found about the Wurkkos TD01C SFT40 3000K I bought it.
I was disappointed at first: The spot is too small, there isn’t much spill, and the low isn’t low enough. It was a neat toy, but not very useful as a flashlight. With the d-c-fix diffusion film it’s much more useful, with enough spill and still some throw.
(Apart from this the bottom threads came with very little to no lube)
