Dropped my sebenza and one of the thumbstuds popped out, has this happened to anyone else? Also can I use loctite to reattach or should I send it in.

CRK thumbstuds are press-fit, so I vote for sending it in
I would send it in, they are great about stuff like this. There are 100 ways you could put them back in there but I would let them press it out and press a new set in for you. Just my 2¢.
seeing as chrissy didn’t wanna sacrifice 2 dollars in manufacturing to thread the thumbstuds just send it in
