On the left is a Gerber Dime, picked it up at Canadian Tire for a whole 20 cad. Spring assisted pliers, smol scissors, smol knife. It’s fun to play with as a fidget toy, and takes up very little space in my pockets. About 3 inches long.
The right is some random multitool that was found at a job site, rusted to all hell. I wish I took photos before I cleaned it. The only marking on it is stainless. I put it in diesel for about 3 days and took a wire brush to it, as well as used sandpaper on the more stubborn places. Some places still have rust that I couldn’t reach, like the hinge of the pliers, but everything opens and closes, so I’m calling this a win. I’d love to take it apart and be able to clean every nook and cranny but it’s held together by rivits lol
