I’m looking for an EDC flashlight available in the UK that includes strobe functionality and is rechargeable. I’m primarily interested in it for personal safety.

It might be Fenix [PD32 v2](https://1lumen.com/review/fenix-pd32-v2/#ui) or [PD32R](https://1lumen.com/review/fenix-pd32r/). They look and ~are the typical flashlights with a few modes but what makes them relatively unique is that once you fully depress and hold the tail-switch they will Strobe. The PD32 v2 got more focused hence more “blinding” beam while PD32R got built-in charging port.
