I was gifted this katto chefs knife recently, and very quickly the handle became wobbly. The wobble occurs between the brass ring and wooden handle. Unfortunately my partner soon after put a nasty dent in the knife which I had to remove a lot of material to resharpen, so won’t get far with trying to get the company to repair it.
Any advice would be very welcome, or if someone could redirect me to the correct subreddit for this sort of question.
