I have the new orange hd10 with the updated screw on bezel and the 2023-07-18 firmware. I was happy with this light, but after using it for a few days the light suddenly won’t turn on. Just the aux light is on. If I click 4 times it goes in to lockout mode (in my setting it is low aux when locked and high aux in open), then i open it and just high aux and no white light. Any solution for this? Or should I write a message to wurkkos so they send me a new one?

Edit: It is 2023-07-29 firmware. Just remembered it wrong…
Try a factory reset (screw in tailcap while holding switch, hold until it stops blinking), if not, email them ya
Send a video of the issue to wurkkos and they’ll sort you out.
