How should I sharpen my knife? With one “simple” tool or the whole whetstone kit thing. I have never sharpened my knives. I just wait till they get dull and buy a new one. But i love this knife so I would like to keep it. Also is it easy to screw up with the whetstone? I will watch tutorial videos.
