I thought you guys might appreciate this. Anybody have one of these back in the day? How many of us were old enough to carry a multitool in 96? I was old enough but just barely and I don’t remember these.
A guy at work brought it to my because I’m the Knife guy and he thought I might know about it. I’ve no idea. I’ve got my Wave+ that I cheerfully abuse every day of the week but that’s all I know as far multitools go. He’s cleaning out his 80 plus year old dad’s house and he was apparently the type of person to buy shit like this and never use it. I got a few older USA made Remington folders from him and a Schrade folder still in the package from the 90’s which is pretty cool.

It’s called the ST1 by the way. Schrade trying to get some of that Leatherman business back in the day. It’s well made for sure but impractical. Tools accessible when closed which is nice but the way they open is not good. Using it would be pretty awkward.
