I wondered if you guys would know anything about it. I believe it was bought in the 90’s.
It has sat in his bedside cabinet for decades because he didn’t want to lose it.

Also as an afterthought, what the cutouts for?
Makers in.. let’s say.. unscrupulous countries when it comes to trademarks will slap any brand name on a knife that they think will sell. Columbia is a popular sports equipment brand. It is not a knife brand.
That being said, the OLDER crappy Chinese knives are better than the new ones.
It looks like a half desent lock back folder.
The holes in the blade are for style points.
