It was originally a SFT40 led but I had a XHP50.2 laying around so i decided to swap it in. A few weeks later I was using it as a ceiling bounce light (I was too lazy to turn on the lights and it was late at night) for a few minutes, when I came to turn off the light it was extremely hot and I checked the head and saw this. What could’ve caused this?
