So it arrived, built like a tank and with few flaws in my opinion. It has huge jump between moonlight and low (more like a medium), plus low CRI LED. Should I just stop complaining and enjoy the new flashlight, or return it and look for something else?
Are there better options?
I need good stabilisation (boost driver for example), magnetic charging and Hi-CRI with red mode would be nice.
USB port is a no for me, it will be playing with water (caves etc).

Is the WR model low CRI? My C2 Pro Warm is a R9050 IIRC. Really nice tint also.
Can you just use two lights?
Maybe have it modded with a better emitter?
Maybe Skilhunt H200 Red?
I think Nitecore offers a white red headlamp.
For me I use a Wizard C2 Pro Warm and a Zebralight H503r for red.
