Yeah that looks kinda bad. If you plan to use and sharpen it I would not worry. But if it’s a collection piece consider returning it
That wouldn’t bug me, but I use my Prometheus. If it bugs you send it back. I just looked at my 4 PT knives and none of them have this, so likely something that just got missed out the door.
It’s not that bad and not uncommon for protech in my experience. My pdw doesn’t have the most even grind either. I still love it
I’ve long since given up on factory grinds.
Want something done right, do it yourself.
