Additional pictures would certainly be helpful but as far as I can tell from what’s visible, quite frankly, I’d keep all of them. Nothing fancy but all quality, mostly military grade stuff.

If you’re a fellow Brit there’s nothing illegal to own, you’d struggle to get away with having them on the street though. If you really want to keep them, keep them at home.
At the very least keep or sell the bayonets as they have some history to them.
The second from the right is a Bundeswehr knive, the others I don’t know but I have one of those BW knives too so I know you shouldn’t put 80€ down the drain
Your Mum is worrying too much, keep them.
